is it bad to listen to music before a test?

is it okay to listen to music before a test? (IE: math, chem, physics)
My friend says that she never listens to any music before a big test… and her results show
but that can be just her belief

i heard classical music can help get a high test score.

are these true?
try to compare it with studying with music and without music.
do not factor in the amount or how intensely you studied.

Probably it can. But, usually it won’t. Only listen to music without lyrics in it. Lyrics can distract you from remmebering the information.

Ahhh This is a very intricate (complicated) question. Earthquakes "quake" in different frequencies, which means some structures will wobble (jello like), and others will purely crumble.

Technically no material is earthquake proof, but to build a structure such as a house to survive it is possible. You would need a sturdy foundation, by this I mean it may need to be cemented or entirely underground (which will take the majority of the shock). Above this foundation, your actual house must have a shock system (much like coils, or like a suspension system that can accomodate sideways movement). This "suspension" system will absorb the large majority of the Earth’s crust movement, which can shear normal wood beams and steel graters in buildings.

Faulty coil 11″ xp Goldmaxx power wire

I got this 11″ coil second hand and paid £110 for it. When it arrived it was faulty and i have found a break in the wire! I was told this was working when sent out to me and will not be getting a refund! This is proof the coil is faulty and he even had the cheek to call me a con! i have not even used it as it will not even work.

What should I do about the foreign language req in college?

I speak French fluently, and based on my high test scores, I can bypass the intro French courses. In doing that, I would miss going through classes that are ridiculously easy for my college career. If I do that however, I can’t get a major in French.

I’m planning on going to med school, so going through easy classes would certainly inflate my GPA. What should I do?

If you’re planning on going to med school, what would be the point of getting a major in French? Wouldn’t it make more sense to major in the sciences that you will need for medicine? I have a major in French, and it’s because I went into teaching and taught French Immersion. If I had been planning on going to med school, I would have taken French as a few easy electives, that would get me some credits but not taxed me, so I could focus on the harder subjects and do well in them.

How much freon do I need for my home AC?

Currently my pressure is at 60 psi and it should be 70 psi, so how many pounds of freon will this require? Also is hundred dollars for leak proof spray worth it? Thanks

It depends on the (cooling) capacity of your system. A 1.5Ton system will need only about 2 lbs of refrigerant. A 3.5Ton system will need about 6 lbs. I sell R22 for $50/lb. I figure that covers all the overhead it took to get the stuff to your door…….

The only leak "spray" I’m aware of comes in a can resembling a spray can but it is installed in the system with the refrigerant. Its designed to plug those tiny tiny holes that develop in evaporator coils that cannot be welded. Some guys like it, others won’t touch it.
I’ve used it because the customer asked for it. -Its not cheap. $60 for 1 can. -and you only get one shot to install it. If you eff it up thats it.

After you locked down the other question I could no longer put anything else on it. (thanks very much for best answer -I don’t know if it was best, but thanks)
If the guy used a $15 contactor, call him back and tell him to take that one off and get an American unit. The $15 one is a cheapazz Chinese unit. It WILL fail before the summer is good and hot. guaranteed.
