Every Toyota 22R series engine with the single row timing chain and plastic timing guides (1983~ish – 1995) that I have ever purchased with over 100,000 miles on the engine has had a driver’s side guide that was either partially broken or just totally gone. To the untrained ear it sounds a like the valves need adjusting, but in this video I’ll show you how to inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose a broken driver’s side timing guide. It makes a great bargaining chip when you can show the seller that the timing guide is broken and then inform them that it’s an $800+ repair at a shop. If you can fix it on your own it will only run you about $100 in parts and a Saturday’s worth of time.

Marko Rodin has studied a series of simple regularities in the decimal number system. From these he derives his “Vortex mathematics”. I would like to know if it is legal for one to carry a metal (steel) chain on the streets of california. Im talking about an industrial chain, the ones they would use for construction, building in general etc. I would also like to see the article if there are any restriction on it within the CA penal code. Not that Im trying to hurt any body, Im really just interested in knowing restriction for chains or any similar industrial objects. Need answers!
There is no law in California which generally makes it illegal to carry a "weapon," although many specific kinds of weapons are banned or restricted. However, an unweighted chain would not appear to fit within the definition of any prohibited weapon. If weighted, it would be a slung shot, and those are prohibited.
Maybe there is some local ordinance of which I am not aware which would make this illegal, but I tend to doubt it. Of course, USING the chain as a weapon would be assault with a deadly weapon, unless legally justified.

I want to put a 2" lift under my 1995 f 150. I plan to put a 2" coil spacers in the front, and 2" rear blocks in the back. My dad wants proof that this is not dangerous to drive after it is lifted, and if i can give him this, i can go lift it myself. Any help guys?
putting a 3 inch body lift is easier and safer than a suspension lift. however i don’t know of anything from anywhere that will tell you either is safe.

Beginning early this year, google made some changes to their search ranking, in the hope of furnishing it’s search users better results, according to their official blog, this change impacts 11.8% organic search results, in plain English, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. The update was initiated more than a year ago, maybe that’s why some of my ranks dropped out of first 10 pages, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.
What is old way of link building any way? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they put your links on websites which only exist for holding links, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, and most of them are useless, the name of link spamming sites is justified. The latest google update will definitely downgrade most if not all of these sites, the links on those spamming sites won’t work anymore.
A few real world examples will help to explain what I said. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I needed to rank the keyword, E Track, it was old way of link building all the way, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, and those sites had only links, no real content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, finally the rank improved a lot, this was the case until google made the change.
